Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:


  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days



Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


International Shipping (if you plan to do it)
